1.Where are HCK products manufactured?

HCK products are proudly manufactured in China. And HCK has the head office located in the United State that is focus on the US market.

2.How does my warranty work?

Register on our website and fill out the required information. The warranty is effective from the relative buying date you register on our website and lasts for a year.

3.What happens if I am missing a part on my new appliance?

Please email support@hck-cool.com or call us for customer services.

4.How can I purchase accessories for my appliance?

Please email support@hck-cool.com or call our services team and they will let you know how you can purchase the accessory you're looking for. Please keep in mind, not all accessories are available at this time.

5.How do I check on the status of an order I've placed?

Simply log into your customer account (look up and to the right) to check on the status of pending or shipped orders. If there’s anything strange going on that you need to know about, we’ll be sure to send you an email right away.

6.What if I need to change or cancel my order?

As long as it hasn’t left the building, we’ll do everything we can to help you out there. Contact customer service via email, chat (look down and to the right), or phone to initiate a change or cancel an order.

7.Do the products in low noise?

Both of our HCK products are extra quiet, which are normally lower than 39dB. You can place in office, living room, dorm and you can't even hear they are operating. 

8.For outdoor refrigerator drawer, what are the dimensions of each drawer and how tall of a bottle can it fit?

The internal dimension for upper drawer is: 18.90 x 16.93 x 9.84inch (WxDxH), you may store 1 stack of 750ml wine bottle or 2 stacks of 330ml cola cans.

The internal dimension for the front part of the lower drawer: 18.90 x 12.32 x 5.55inch (WxDxH), you may store 1 stack of 750ml wine bottle or 2 stacks of 330ml cola cans.

The internal dimension for the rear part of the lower drawer: 18.90 x 4.61 x 11.41inch (WxDxH), you may store 1 stack of 330ml cola cans.

It can hold up to 152 of 355ml cans.
